Elite Wrapz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Elite Wrapz! These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of our website (www.elitewrapz.uk) and services provided by Elite Wrapz (the “Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Please read them carefully, and contact us with any questions.



1. Services Provided

Elite Wrapz offers vinyl wrapping and window film installation services for kitchens, commercial spaces, and window coverings. All services are subject to availability, suitability assessment, and compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Suitability may require a site visit.



2. Quotes and Validity

Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Prices may change after this period or if site risks/material costs increase post-assessment.
Mileage Charge: A fee of 45p per mile applies beyond 50 miles from Birmingham, UK.



3. Price Match Guarantee

Elite Wrapz offers a price match if: the competitor’s quote shows their name/contact, is itemised, matches our services/scope, and is dated within 30 days. Requests must be made within 7 days. If unmatched, clients receive a £25 restaurant gift voucher and a charitable donation (one-time per project). Terms may change with email notification of significant updates.



4. Deposit and Payment Terms

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit (typically 20-50% of the quote, depending on job size) is required to confirm bookings and covers materials/admin costs. Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days from confirmation, unless required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off for off-premises contracts).
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion unless a payment plan applies. Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, or direct debit. Late payments incur a 5% fee after 14 days, per UK debt laws. Elite Wrapz is non-VAT registered; all prices are final, excluding VAT.



5. Payment Plans

Available for projects over £500. Ineligible if prior default occurred. Requires a signed direct debit mandate before work. First payment due within 28 days of completion; schedule is flexible. Failure to pay may suspend services or lead to legal action under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Terms may adjust with 14 days’ notice unless due to default.



6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

No cancellations after deposit payment, except for force majeure (refund considered). Rescheduling is allowed based on availability; no refunds if client opts out post-reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable per Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.



7. Material and Service Warranties

Uses high-quality vinyl per manufacturer specs. Clients receive care instructions; warranty covers application/material defects for 12 months, excluding improper care, environmental damage, or third-party alterations. Claims must be reported within 30 days of defect discovery.



8. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must prepare surfaces (clean, smooth, free of grease/wax). Pre-existing damage (e.g., rust) may affect adhesion; Elite Wrapz is not liable. Clients must ensure a safe working environment and cooperate with risk assessments. Minor repairs may incur fees if extensive.



9. Post-Service Inspection and Re-Wraps

Clients must inspect wraps before the installer leaves or within 24 hours. Unsatisfactory quality warrants one free re-wrap (same design/colour) unless due to material defect.



10. Consumer Rights and Returns

Services meet the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (reasonable skill/care). Report issues before installer leaves. Faulty materials replaced within 30 days if manufacturer defect confirmed; clients may request repair/replacement/refund per law.



11. Consultations

Schedule via elitewrapz.setmore.com. Digital samples provided. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a £25 fee, refundable against booking.



12. Non Face-to-Face Consultations

Estimates based on client-supplied info/measurements. Extra vinyl/labor surcharges apply if needed, plus accommodation/transport costs.

Face-to-face preferred; remote clients must provide photos/videos and accurate self measurements.

Clients accept potential charges by proceeding remotely.



13. Samples

PDF samples provided; colours may vary by device.

Physical samples: £1 each + £5 shipping (max 5). Costs deducted from invoice if job is booked within 30 days. Non-refundable otherwise.



14. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Data handled per UK GDPR/Data Protection Act. See www.elitewrapz.uk/privacy. Clients may request data access/deletion. Both parties maintain confidentiality.



15. Intellectual Property Rights

Website content and vinyl designs are Elite Wrapz property, protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Designs remain ours until full payment; unauthorised use incurs legal action.



16. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to service value paid, except for gross negligence/intentional harm (Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977). Minor imperfections within industry standards are excluded; significant defects covered by warranty. Not liable for third-party repair outcomes.



17. Force Majeure

No liability for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters). Notify within 48 hours; services resume ASAP.



18. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Changes posted on www.elitewrapz.uk with 14 days’ notice, except in emergencies.



19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by England and Wales law. Disputes subject to their courts’ jurisdiction.

20: Refer a Friend Terms
 
Eligibility:

  • This referral scheme is available to existing Elite Wrapz customers who have received a completed and paid job.
     

Referral Limit:

  • Each customer is entitled to one referral reward only.

  • Only first-time customers can use a referral card.
     

Discount Details:

  • The referred friend will receive 10% off their quote.

  • The referee (original customer) will receive a 10% refund of their original job total (excluding extras like fuel charges or optional add-ons).
     

Redemption Process:

  • The referred friend must quote the order number on the card before a quote is finalised.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the referred job is completed and fully paid.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original job payment.
     

Limitations:

  • Only one referral per order is accepted.

  • The referral card cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or price matches.

  • Referral cannot be used in conjunction with a payment plan.

  • Referral card must be redeemed within 12 months of the original job date.

  • Lost, stolen, or duplicated cards will not be honoured.
     

Other Legal Bits:

  • This offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

  • Elite Wrapz reserves the right to alter or cancel this scheme at any time.

  • Elite Wrapz accepts no liability for failure to honour this scheme in the event of circumstances beyond its control (“force majeure”).

  • Fraudulent claims (e.g., self-referrals, false names) will void eligibility.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and rewards under this scheme are made at the sole discretion of Elite Wrapz and are final.

  • 1. Overview

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to customers who enter into an In-House Payment Plan (“Plan”) with Elite Wrapz to spread the cost of vinyl wrapping or related services over an agreed term.
    By opting into a Plan, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
     

  • 2. Plan Options

  • PayMonthly Finance: 2–12 months (0% interest), subject to credit check and managed entirely by PayItMonthly.

  • Elite Wrapz In-House Plan: 3–24 months, managed directly by Elite Wrapz, includes administrative and servicing fees.

  • The In-House Plan is available to customers who prefer to pay directly or who are not eligible for PayMonthly Finance.
     

  • 3. Eligibility

  • Open to all customers purchasing Elite Wrapz services in the UK.

  • No credit check is required for the In-House Plan.

  • Customers who have previously defaulted on a payment plan with Elite Wrapz are not eligible for further instalment plans and will be required to pay in full for future work.
     

  • 4. Deposit

  • A variable deposit is required to confirm a booking.

  • Deposit amounts depend on job size, materials, and vinyl grade.

  • Deposits are non-refundable except under the limited circumstances outlined in the Vinyl Wrap Services Agreement.

  • Once paid, the Customer is bound by both agreements.
     

  • 5. Payment Structure

  • Customers may select a term of 3, 6, 12, or 24 months.

  • Payments are made via Direct Debit (GoCardless) on pre-agreed monthly dates.

  • The Direct Debit mandate must be set up within 7 days of receiving the setup email.

  • If not completed within 7 days, Elite Wrapz may cancel the Plan and demand full payment immediately.

  • Early settlement is allowed at any time without additional fees.
     

  • 6. Missed Payments and Default Procedure

  • Customers must ensure their account has sufficient funds for all scheduled payments.

  • In the event of a missed payment:

  • GoCardless will automatically retry up to three times within four weeks.

  • If all retries fail, the Direct Debit mandate will be cancelled and the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due.

  • Elite Wrapz will attempt to contact the customer to discuss a resolution.

  • If no satisfactory resolution is reached within 14 days, the account will be considered in default.

  • Consequences of Default:

  • Elite Wrapz reserves the right to:

  • Demand immediate full payment of the remaining balance.

  • Engage a debt recovery agency.

  • Pursue the debt through the County Court (Small Claims Track).

  • Seek reimbursement for all legal fees, administrative costs, and recovery expenses.

  • Continued non-payment may result in a County Court Judgment (CCJ), which may affect the customer’s credit rating.
     

  • 7. Ownership of Vinyl Wrap

  • All materials, vinyl, and installations remain the property of Elite Wrapz until the account is settled in full.
    Elite Wrapz reserves the right to remove, disable, or otherwise reclaim any installed wrap if the balance remains unpaid beyond the agreed term.
     

  • 8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The deposit is non-refundable once paid unless otherwise stated in the Vinyl Wrap Services Agreement.

  • Cancelling after work has begun or after completion does not void the obligation to complete payment.

  • If a customer cancels mid-plan, the remaining balance becomes immediately due.
     

  • 9. Changes to the Plan

  • Once the payment plan has started, no changes to colours, designs, or terms are permitted.
    Any requested alterations will require a new quotation and agreement.
     

  • 10. Discounts and Promotions

  • Blue Light Card holders receive a 10% discount (proof required).

  • Discounts must be applied at the start of the plan and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied after a plan begins.
     

  • 11. Administrative and Servicing Fees

  • A small Admin & Servicing Fee is applied to all In-House Plans to cover manual processing, payment handling, and extended account management.
    This fee is built into the total quoted balance and disclosed before agreement.
     

  • 12. Limitation of Liability

  • Elite Wrapz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of profit or income) arising from this agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or deliberate misconduct.
    Liability is limited to the total value of the services provided under this Agreement.
     

  • 13. Force Majeure

  • Elite Wrapz shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, power failures, or government restrictions.
     

  • 14. Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
    Customer data will only be used for payment processing, record keeping, and essential communication.
     

  • 15. Non-Waiver

  • Failure by Elite Wrapz to enforce any clause shall not constitute a waiver of that clause or any future rights.
     

  • 16. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
     

  • 17. Legal Enforcement

  • In cases of default or breach:

  • Elite Wrapz may pursue the matter through civil court proceedings under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

  • Legal recovery may include statutory interest, legal fees, and administrative costs.

  • Non-payment may result in a County Court Judgment (CCJ) registered against the customer.
     

  • 18. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales
